1. Acceptance of Terms

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or lend your account or any credits or winnings associated with it to another party.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of ph sabong, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate outcomes, gain unfair advantage, or extract data from the platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise circumvent the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any suspension, limitation, or promotional restriction.

- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law. ph sabong monitors platform activity and reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion in response to suspected policy violations.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on ph sabong are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied on the user side for accounts based in the Philippines.
Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require processing time depending on the payment method used. ph sabong does not guarantee specific processing timeframes but aims to handle withdrawal requests promptly.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal. ph sabong reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

You are solely responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. ph sabong does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of users unless required to do so by applicable regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
ph sabong provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all odds and game data at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect platform availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph sabong and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or access resulting from technical failures, account suspensions, or force majeure events.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
ph sabong reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or policy violation, account balances may be forfeited.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification.
ph sabong may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines.
